Getting Started
Set up your Leadboard CRM account and learn how to navigate the platform.
Sign Up#
Step 1. Go to /default/auth/signup
Step 2. Fill in your First Name, Last Name, Email, and Password
Step 3. Click Sign Up
Step 4. Check your inbox for a verification email
Verify Your Email#
Step 1. Open the verification email from Leadboard
Step 2. Click the verification link — you will be redirected to /default/auth/verify-email
Step 3. Once verified, you can log in
Log In#
Step 1. Go to /default/auth/login
Step 2. Enter your Email and Password
Step 3. Click Sign In
Reset Your Password#
Step 1. On the login page, click Forgot Password?
Step 2. You will be redirected to /default/auth/reset-password
Step 3. Enter your registered email address
Step 4. Check your inbox for the reset link
Step 5. Click the link, set a new password, and log in
Dashboard Overview#
After logging in, you land on the main dashboard at /default.
The dashboard shows:
- Summary stats — total leads, active deals, revenue
- Charts — pipeline performance, lead sources, campaign metrics
- Quick actions — shortcuts to create leads, deals, and campaigns
Navigation#
The sidebar on the left is your primary navigation. It contains links to every module:
- Dashboard — home overview
- Leads — manage contacts
- Pipeline — products, deals, board, forecast
- Campaigns — email campaigns
- Events — event management
- Communications — emails, calls, meetings
- Automation — workflows, scoring, drip campaigns
- Invoicing — invoices and billing
- Analytics — reports and dashboards
- Calendar — schedule and events
- Documents — file management
- Settings — company configuration
Click any module to expand its sub-menu and access specific pages.
User Profile & Appearance#
Step 1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner
Step 2. From the dropdown, you can:
- View your Profile details
- Switch Appearance between Light, Dark, or Device preference
- Click Sign Out to log out
Notifications#
Step 1. Click the bell icon in the top navigation bar
Step 2. Review notifications grouped by category:
- Reminder — upcoming tasks and follow-ups
- Escalation — items that need attention
- Overdue — past-due tasks or deals
- Assignment — new leads or deals assigned to you
Step 3. Click a notification to navigate directly to the relevant item
Tip: Bookmark your company dashboard URL for quick access. The format is always
/defaultwheredefaultis your company handle.
