Using Templates#
Templates are available in three places:
- Compose — when composing a single email at /default/communications/compose, select a template to pre-fill the subject and body
- Campaigns — when creating a campaign at /default/campaigns/new, choose a template for consistent messaging
- Automation — drip campaign steps can reference templates for automated email sequences
Tip: Use the Compose and Campaign action buttons directly from the template table to jump straight to composing or creating a campaign with that template pre-loaded.
