By accessing or using Leadboard CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Leadboard provides a cloud-based CRM platform for managing leads, contacts, email campaigns, invoicing, and sales pipelines. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You agree not to use Leadboard to send spam, upload malware, violate any applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, or interfere with other users. See our Acceptable Use Policy for full details.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to Leadboard (contacts, leads, campaign content). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. We process your data solely to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadboard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will provide access to export your data for 30 days, after which your data will be permanently deleted. We may terminate immediately if you violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Leadboard operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
