Data Rights & Access Requests

1. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access — obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Right to erasure — request deletion of your personal data ('right to be forgotten')
• Right to restriction — request that we limit how we process your data
• Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing
• Right to withdraw consent — withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

2. How to Submit a Request

Send your data rights request to dsar@leadboard.io with the subject 'Data Rights Request'. Include your name, email address associated with your account, and a description of your request. We may ask for identity verification before processing.

3. Response Timeline

We respond to all data rights requests within 30 days (as required by GDPR). For CCPA requests, we respond within 45 days. If we need additional time due to complexity, we will notify you within the initial period. There is no fee for exercising your rights.

4. For Contacts of Our Customers

If you are a contact or lead in a Leadboard customer's CRM (not a Leadboard account holder), your data is controlled by that customer. Please contact them directly to exercise your rights. We will assist our customers in responding to valid data subject requests.
