Acceptable Use Policy

1. Permitted Use

Leadboard is designed for legitimate business use: managing contacts and leads, running permission-based email campaigns, tracking deals and invoices, and analyzing business performance. You may use the platform for any lawful business purpose consistent with its design.

2. Prohibited Activities

You must not use Leadboard to:

• Send unsolicited emails or spam of any kind
• Store, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose or to promote illegal activities
• Circumvent rate limits, sending quotas, or security controls
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-export data in violation of these terms
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation

3. Content Standards

Content you store or send through Leadboard must not contain hate speech, threats, harassment, sexually explicit material, or content that discriminates based on protected characteristics. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and distribute.

4. API and Integration Use

API access is subject to rate limits and fair use. Automated integrations must respect API quotas. Do not use the API to build a competing product or to extract data for use outside the platform beyond your own business needs.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take action including warning, throttling, suspension, or termination. For severe violations (spam, malware, illegal content), we may act without prior notice.
